From Monday 16th December we will be switching our phones over to Medicom every evening at 6pm. This is a service that allows urgent requests to be processed at the end of the day. The trained staff at Medicom are similar to 111 where they will take a history and then signpost you to the most appropriate care. If they feel it is appropriate for you to be seen that day by our duty team, they will contact us before we close at 6.30pm.
You will hear a message that will direct you to call 01603 481253. They will not be able to book appointments or give test results.
